Bahar Bircan Avcılar is one of the founding partners of BA Consultancy. As a member of the Antalya and London Bar Associations, she is qualified in both English and Turkish laws. Prior to establishing BA Consultancy, she held partnerships at reputable law firms in Istanbul and Antalya and served as the general counsel of a leading holding company in Istanbul. Throughout her career, she has overseen numerous corporate and acquisition projects. Mrs. Avcılar's expertise lies in corporate law, public-private partnerships (PPP), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), project finance, and multinational projects, with a substantial focus on international contracts.
She holds a degree in Law from Galatasaray University and completed her LL.M at Université Nanterre, Paris. Additionally, she earned an MBA from the International School of Management, Paris. Proficient in both English and French, she effectively communicates across diverse cultural and linguistic contexts.
She is also a qualified mediator registered with the Mediator Registry of the Department of Mediation under the Directorate General for Legal Affairs.
